I find the colors aren't true and they distort the print. However it doesn't matter to me as I usually only use it for coupons.

I really appreciate the quick delivery time. I thought I had run out of black ink but then got a pop-up to hold down the resume button and what a difference that has made. Twice as much ink out of a cartridge. Although I have always noticed the colored ink is poor. I just changed to a new color cartridge yesterday and again the color quality is poor. Thanks.

Overall I am pleased with my experience with this product. However the color ink does not print true to color. The last time I purchased this combo the black ink didn't last very long. I was very surprised that it ran out so quickly. I only print coupons so I'm not really going heavy on the black ink. The first time I bought the combo the ink lasted a lot longer. I was going to call and complain but decided to just order the black cartridge and see how far that goes for me. Your cartridges are easy to install and remove. Your customer service over the phone is very good. My orders always come very quickly. Thank you.
