The instruction comes with the bike is useless. Later, I found that living.ca has the correct instruction that I could follow. However, even the online manual is confusing in some steps and you have to take a guess. Kind of frustrating! The original manual said there is a quick release, however, there is none. The bolt to tighten the seat is also not very secure. There are sharp edges near the brake. I have never own a balance bike, so I can't compare if it would be another safety issue.

Shutdown every time I turned off the TV. Performance is worse than I expected. For some reasons, apps that I already purchased show up as not purchased and asked me to pay. I had to use another computer to push the app download so that it could be installed without paying for the app again. This was the worse TV box that I ever had.

it's not intelligent at all. I only plugged in 2 HDMI and I have to cycle through 3 HDMI to do the switch. The cable is too short and stiff. Not to mention that it's not easy to manage the cables if you want the switch to be accessible. There is also no software switching as well, which may make sense for the price. Anyhow, I wouldn't recommend this product unless you just want something cheap for temporarily.
