There is no Zero marks to give to this product, unfortunately... Save your monies, stay away!!!!!!! Does not work at all.. Got several of these [on sale, thanks God!] and either they came leaked in their boxes already, or dry in their tubes, or they do not work at all.. Even worse, I gave a couple away as gifts, to my eternal shame… Big disappointment, but be warned, THIS IS PURE JUNK!!!

Excellent product! Took one star off due to some complications wit drivers; it was not recognized right away... Didn't succeed in obtaining drivers off of the Windows update... TiP: install software from the small disk that comes whit it first. Restart computer. Plug it in... After that, it should work just fine.

Good: Fills like sturdy build. Impressively fast shipping. Not so good: Sound pretty muffled.Terrible 'micro-print' User manual included. If you manage to read it, you will find out it was not worth reading at all - mentions "camera settings" [?!?!] promises "Stereo headphone output" that does not exist etc. No AUX cable supplied, only USB charging cable. Blue LED light is not visible until you remove back rubber splash cover - and even then it is on the back side of the speaker, and not visible... Usual problems with FM radio on this type of devices - poor reception, few stations, guessing the station's name etc... Speakerphone mode looks OK after a single test. Music mode [SD card] works great!
