I ordered the wrong size ,my fault.when I tried to return it they said keep it.i gave it to the SPCA.WHAT GREAT SERVICE. I SCREW UP and willing to pay return postage and they say no problem.i have dealt with them for years and am never disapointed.ordered a new harness for my 85 lb. dog. large,perfect fit,good quality.
