This is my 3rd attempt to get a dispenser that "works". The 1st one stopped during the second refill of the "fluid container even though I followed the instructions in diluting the soap with water. The 2nd one (which I believe was an upgrade to the 1st one) lasted for 3 1/2 "refills" before it quit. I noticed that both of those units were "foam dispensers". This "new" one is a "soap" dispenser and I have great expectations that it will out preform the previous models. It performs great and the response time It takes to deliver the soap if very fast. I believe that this unit will continue to perform without any further difficulties.

It was a little larger than I expected, thus making the storage a bit of a problem. Otherwise it serves my purpose, but for others, I would suggest that you measure the sink (if this is where it will be used) before purchasing.
