this is a good item if you need something to hang towels etc. However, if attaching to gyproc wall board, the plastic insert easily slips through the pre-drilled hole, and falls between the studs. Just be careful when attaching this item to the wall

It took a few minutes to get to understand how it works. For example, using it for the first time, the water level only provided a 1/2 cup of coffee. By refilling it, immediately, the coffee maker made a full cup, and by adding a cup of water before each use, i always got a full cup.
