Premium UV Glue Pens Ultra Liquid Plastic Adhesive - Primecables® - 1/Pack, Flexible

The bond did not hold up repairing a broken tab on car abs plastic. Tried multiple times even building up layers between hardening. The liquid plastic does not harden up solid. Had to use super glue in the end to fix. Perhaps these had a shelf life that expired?
