Compatible HP 78X CE278X Black Toner Cartridge High Yield - Moustache® - 1/Pack

Cartridge works quite well, but the yield of 3,000 pages is way too high. We can only get about half of this number. Either this cartridge is over-rated or the amount of toner in the cartridge is too low for the statistics quoted.

The official data 3000 pages was counted based on 5% coverage of A4 paper .So we can not guarantee you will get enough pages if you consume more powder on one paper when you print photos or something else.If you use it to print normal documents ,the Maximum is 1,000 to 1,200 pages ,you should contact our customer service for help as we consider it belongs to quality issue .We cover one year warranty for it .It is easy and quick responding to submit your question by our online customers inquiry form and chat, or call us by our toll free number 1-866-979-7463 (24H, Monday to Friday).

These toner cartridges do not meet the specifications that they are supposed to. We only get about 900 copies before they run out of toner and we have to replace them. Perhaps you can check into this. There does not seem to be enough toner in them to meet the specifications of 2000 pages.

We are not very satisfied with this cartridges. We are using them to print our church bulletins each week, but are only getting about 900 copies before they run out of ink. It seems to me that there is not enough toner being put into these cartridges to meet the 2000 copies which they claim to print. Please advise

these cartridges work quite well in my printer. However 2 of these cartridges were leaking when I opened them, so therefore did not get the full length of duty from them.

I have rated this toner cartridge as a 2 1/2 because.....it claims to print 2000 pages.....we are only getting about 1000 pages before the ink is depleted.

Dear Harold, Thank you very much for your review. You can try take out the cartridge shake it gently side to side to redistribute the toner. Reinstall the toner into the printer make sure the gears of the toner and the printer mesh together. Continue to print until the print become poor quality, even if the printer says it's out of toner. The page yield is at 5% page coverage. Toner use is by how much toner is placed on each page printed and how many you print. Depending on your printer make, model and toner cartridge size along with toner coverage per page, determines how many pages you'll get out of it. If you are printing photos your page coverage is close to 100% and the number of printed photos will be much less than the amount the number of pages you would be able to print if you were just printing standard text documents. Toner page yield might not be exact, even original OEM toners will have this issue, but don't worry if the print tell you is out of toner soon or toner life end just reinstall and continue to print until the print start fading out. HP 564 Remanufactured Photo Black Ink Cartridge (CB317WN) With CHIP

The cartridges which you have been sending me are NOT ACCEPTABLE as my printer will not recognize them. The cartridges with the 3 penquins (G&G) cartridges work very well, but the ones with the CE and sphere on them only work once and then seem to clog up my printer and then cease to print. I have thrown away about 6 of these cartridges because they do not work and still have a NH-R0564PBK and a NH-R0319M/W in my files which I will not be using.
