I had to return it because the item I got in the mail did not match the description. Also look at the measurements carefully - the compartments may be too small for a lot of your cutlery.

It works but it's not invincible; the wire feels strong/reinforced/durable but the plastic heads on either end can break/bend if we abuse it - I think I stepped on the small head when it was on the floor and it bent.

The mount works great. Note that the two USB slots translate to two USB cables behind (not one power cable) so you have to have power to USB adapter(s) if you want to plug them into a power outlet.

Product is great - I ordered it again a few times. The handle design has changed though - I liked the previous one (it was more compact). Also, depending on the depth of your table top, the handle might not tuck in/under the table sufficiently - seeing it stick out is annoying.
