I bought two packs on sale and really like the way they fit together. I'm not a big fan of patel but it's no big deal.

7.2V Cordless Rotary Tool with 110pcs Accessories Kit for Carving Engraving and Cutting PrimeCables®

It does exactly what I want. I would give it five stars, but the rubber cylinder that holds the big grit tubes is too small so they slip of and go flying across the room. A piece of black tape carefully wound on to the cylinder seems to help.

There's not much of a lavender scent, but for 49c what did I expect? :-) I think if I wet the inner bag it will produce the scent. I'll update if it works. And the bag is nice as good for small gifts or crafts.

It's very light, and feels a little flimsy. I think I'll find a way to stiffen it for outdoor use in the wind.
