Product has manufactuing flaw which may have been experienced by other reviewer(s) As difficult to believe as it may be, the cutting/grater blade on the unit is the wrong way around. See photo. The grating side, with the "teeth" is on the underside of the unit. It should be the other way around. As positioned, the food (garlic, ginger, etc) slides against the other side of the "blade", which is more or less flat (with the grating holes). This product can not work the way we received it. I took the sliding mechanism off, (two pieces) and repositioned them on the underside so the food would be in contact with the "grater teeth". Alas, this doesn't work well. It's simply a bad workaround. I hope I hear from the supplier or manufacturer. As it is, the product is useless.
