i bought this for my wife, after years of disappointment with larger, far more expensive machines. she is absolutely thrilled with it. according to her, it makes the best tasting coffee she has ever had, as good or better than the coffee we enjoy when we visit the dominican republic. extremely easy to use, even when we have company and she needs to make multiple cups of coffee. we ordered the white version and it looks great in our kitchen.

the best espresso and coffee i have ever experienced. full stop. this is not an expensive machine, so it does require some TLC and some understanding of the operation. but you will be greatly rewarded. a perfect cup of espresso, every time, with the thickest, creamiest crema you have ever seen. same for the coffee. heats up in seconds! i also love that i can easily see how much water is in that huge 30 ounce tank.
