Got this printer for home use; I took my time to study and understand the Unpacking and Set-up instructions and it performs beyond my expectations - I read quite a few of the reviews before making the purchase and I am convinced that most, if not all the folks that had problems did not take the time to do this. Believe me folks, if you are not familiar with the product and a mostly Pictorial instruction manual, my advise is; find someone that does, instead of rushing into unfamiliar territory and bungling things up and then end up blaming the product for not working properly. Last but not least, This is a great company to buy from; Exceptional Products & Prices and top-notch Customer Service & Care.
