This is a sold chair and I do not regret buying it at all. I started to give a credit for their brand "Moustache" after this chair. However, the caps (to hide the bolts) are unnecessary and easily pop out.

Mouse is not working for me, only keyboard does. And I cannot believe it is a brand new unit. Refurbished at best. I understand this could be only this particular item due to the manufacturer's mistake, so let's see how return process goes.
