this is a complicated system to use. I bought as a gift for christmas for my parents and they were not able to use it. I went back to this site www.living.ca to return it and according to the company policy they only allow 30 days even though I explained that it was a christmas gift and was only used with water. I have been ordering from this company for 4 years and have never had to return anything. Unfortunately the first time I initiate a return I am told I am past the 30 day policy with no exception. And even if I had never opened the box I still would be unable to return it. My long customer history is of no relevence to this company. Very disappointed in the customer service. They have lost a long loyal customer. Will stick to Amazon as I have never had any issues with returns with them. Learning lesson - read the fine print.
