not sure if its my remote unit, but when using power + on (simultaneously) to initiate learning mode, it doesn't go into a solid light ... a few quick flashes and then turns off... i have fully charged the remote but the behaviour is the same. i have emailed the support but no response as of yet. am hoping that they are able to assist or be able to refund my purchase. i wm regretting this purchase so far
