I can't tell any difference in print quality from the original drum that came with the machine. Machine drum life counter can be reset the same as with OEM.

I have bought at least 6 of these over the years and not had any problem except for one time when my printing had black streaks with a new cartridge. I emailed my complaint and a new cartridge was provided at no charge. I am satisfied and continue to buy this unit.

the ink cartridge works fine however the printer does not show the ink level so you constantly get a warning message popping up on your monitor.

There is no risk in buying this cartridge. I have bought a few of these over the years as my wife and daughter each own a printer. Had one defective one which was replaced at no cost to me. No functional difference from a Brother OEM at twice the price.
