I have been ordering this ink for many years and the quality is great. Customer service is excellent 👍. However there should be loyalty discounts in price especially for long standing customers.

I have been a regular customer of yours and have also referred many friends. Good products, except of late the cartridges have started giving error messages as "please replace cartridge" or "cartridge error", etc., which is frustrating. After resetting the cartridge, it works okay for some time, after which, I have to redo the process. Once, I have even got the cartridge replaced. Customer Service has been EXCELLENT and exceptionally prompt. No hassles and totally trouble-free with prompt free replacement. Keep up the good work.
