Canon CLI-8PM Compatible Photo Magenta Ink Cartridge (0625B002)

As you can tell by our ordering history that We use a large quantity of CLI8 carteridges. For the most part we are very satisfied, but on occasion some of the cartridges tend to not work properly, having said that 123 Ink support staff are very helpful and usually replace the problem cartridges.

In the review I submitted earlier today I forgot to mention that these cartridges were to replace 240 from invoice 32870643 and 241 from invoice 32877943 - not happy!

I have just installed a new 240 and 241, which I received from you on Friday, April 11, 2014 and both cartridges show up as almost empty. So I guess you can say that I am not very pleased with this product. As one of my printers takes these cartridges and this printer is an important part of my daily production I will have to get cartridges that I can rely on unless you can come up with cartridges that actually have ink in them Frank Goudreault Off-Road Prints
