It is really quiet. I'm not sure I like the design. It looks and feels a bit weird, but that's probably from using the standard, old style, miser for 40_ years.

I hink the "Scrubbing Bubbles' is just a brand name. There's no bubbles, and no scrubbing. It's your standard blue thing you drop in the tank and it leaves blue water in the toilet. Works as expected.
