Happy with purchase, they come vacuum packed and take under a day after unpacking to reach their final size. the 'cooling' side of the pillow is a little wet/ oily to the touch, but after the pillow case is on its not noticeable. I haven't noticed any cooling effect yet

I'm happy with this tripod stand. It's extremely lightweight, perfect for my usage. It required some modification when I first set it up, one of the tightening bolts didn't work properly. After unscrewing it, I scraped off some extra plastic that was halfway up the bolt and preventing it from tightening. After removing the extra plastic on the bolt and screwing it back in, it tightened just fine.
