not the most ingeneous way to remove the battery cover, if you succeed without breaking it or your nail then the mouse works fine. Delivery was as always ...as faster than scheduled.

Have not installed it yet but I am sure it will do the job right if the quality is similar to the other products We find a Shopper+. The protection end caps do not come with the attachement link as shown.

Received the order promptly as usual, Thanks for the fast delivery and keep up the good work. I bought the open box unit and the instruction booklet must be out dated as there is no where does it refer to the key #8 " Cutting mechanism lock". A good thing I am of the perseverant type, I went back on the site and found the item and downloaded the new "operating Instruction" booklet that refers to and explain the button in question witch is the most important instruction of them all. So far the shredder works fine but I find the automatic feed is not too accurate.

I used to refill my cartridges and when the chips came along I started using the compatibles and I must say I saw no differences in quality plus I'm saving money every time I reorder. Fantastic delivery and quality. I've recommended the Cie to my friends and they're also satisfied.

Been using this products for years now and always satisfied with the quality and delivery. I had one dried cartridge but it was 3 years old, dont over stock and you won't have any problem. Delivery is so fast you dont need to... anyway.
