Nice and sturdy. You'll need an adjustable wrench to tighten the tilt bolts, they weren't quite tight enough initially. All other tools are included. Note: the clamp mounting method does not work if you are mounting on a PrimeCables Ergo sit/stand workstation (see photo), you will have to use the "mount-thru" method with the hole on the platform. In my case I had to drill two additional holes on either side, since the factory hole is dead center.
