The color cartridges were great and I was happy with that purchase. Good company communication and fast delivery.

Remanufactured HP 60 CC640WN Black Ink Cartridge

5/5

Of the black cartridges I purchased 2 had no ink in them in at all. I realize that these were not brand name and were re-filled cartridges. They were a good price, but since 2 were empty, the overall price for the usable ones was not a good purchase. The overall service of your company was good. Great communication and fast delivery, but the product itself was not satisfactory and I would not take the chance of ordering these cartridges again based on the fact that 2 were empty.
