I tried this product and had success. It is a little time consuming, but worth it. I steamed my face for 5 minutes (next time I'll steam 10 minutes) just prior to starting. I used different heads for different parts of my face. It removed blackheads fairly well with the precision tool. The head for removing dead skin was not useful for me, but the larger extractors did. Sometimes it broke contact with my skin if I didn't hold it exactly right. I'm hoping to have better success when I steam my face longer. I would recommend this product if you have 15 - 20 minutes that you are willing to use for skin care at least once a week.

Woke up with puffy eyes and applied the patches to my freshly washed face. Half an hour later I took the patches off and went to work. No more puffy eyes - the patches did exactly what they claimed. and there was no yucky residue left behind when I removed them. Definitely will be buying again. That night I applied a new set of patches and went to sleep (didn't want to wake up with puffy eyes before a meeting with clients at work). They are comfortable to wear while sleeping and stay on all night. And they were easy to remove the next morning.

I would give it less if possible. After wearing it less than one month the flexible bones started cutting through the fabric and the belt no longer supports my back at all. DO NOT BUT THIS ITEM. Note: I requested a refund because it was defective and was told I would not be getting a refund.

Works great. I have fibromyalgia and use it about 10 to 15 minutes at a time 2 to 3 times a day. I started with 5 minutes at a time once a day just to be safe and make sure I didn't cause myself more problems. It really helps alleviate the pain in my neck & back.
