Compatible HP 116A Toner Cartridge Combo BK/C/M/Y - Moustache®

As with previous review, These all worked except one threw an "incompatible toner" code and makes the printer unusable until #1 I send it back in, #2 they decide if I'm telling the truth, and #3 then if so they will send a new cartridge. It's been a whole work week now and customer service still hasn't emailed me the instructions for the return. Not worth the hassle, time or unfortunate experience of dealing with their customer service department.

Compatible HP 116A W2060A Black Toner Cartridge - Moustache®

2nd time purchasing. This time it throws an error code saying that it is incompatible. I was told to get a replacement (not a refind) that I have to send it back in, wait for them to judge it, then if they deem it not working then they could resend a new one. It's just not worth the down time or extra expense or aggravation to purchase this product! Also, I was told that they would send an email immediately about how to send it back at their expense. I never received that email. Terrible experience with customer service. She'd ask a question then interupt or talk thru my reply. If I could give zero stars I wouldve.
