The tilting bolts do not stay upright if the tv is heavy, like above 50 pounds. Gonna have to send the defective product back.

Single arm bracket doesn’t balance or level itself at different angles. In straight (flat) angle it maybe balanced but as a full motion wall mount it should be able to stay levelled at all angles

I like everything about this product except that the digital temperature reader isn’t always correct for some reason. And its hard to get the temperature of the water right. You have to spend the first 60 seconds just adjusting the faucet handle to get the right temperature
