To get my Brother copy centre to accept the toner cartridge I had to go on to YouTube and learn how to override the system so it would be acknowledged and work. I had to do this because no one at 123inkcatridges would answer the phone... On a weekday during business hours. After trying from 9 am to 2:30 pm and my staff at a standstill I found my YouTube solution. Also I have found that my red ink is powdery and smudges... Tried to call 123 ink cartridges singes my logo and letterhead is black and red.... No answer. If I'm going to buy cartridges from somewhere with a toll free customer service number then it should work.... I can buy my ink from China cheaper and at least I know there's no customer service.
