I am happy with the product. I got it to help take pressure off of my upper back. I used to have the keyboard and mouse on top of the desk. This caused me to lean forward and extend my hands which put strain on my upper back. Having the tray lower and more towards me has helped reduce this stress point. Install took about 30 minutes. I am happy with the amount of adjustment and the rigidity. If I were to install it again I would move it further away from the drawers. I have lost some of the pivot due to this. This is my installation issue so not a product deficiency. I liked it enough that we got a second one for a colleague.

Worked perfectly. I order them when the warning light comes on from the printer. Based on my usage and the delivery service there is enough time time to get a new one in before the printer stops working.
