When compare to Q-tips, the cotton on both end of a plastic small tube seemed loose sometime, the quality is still behind those of the Q-Tips with their price at slightly higher.

I had a battery tester, and I check one box of 20 AAA Livingbasics battery, it seemed they are all ok, and I have to use it to see if it last like the one I got from Canadian Superstore, hopefully they will last the same as the one from Superstore NN brand alkaline AAA battery.

This product is not a good product, first there is no indication of CSA or UL approved notation. Second , the light from this 108 led light when put on a socket, the illumination seemed scattered in an uneven rays of light. Third, only put on a socket and maybe lighted for says not even around 7 times, and there seemed to be 4 led lights out of function. Hope, with your understanding , your company can give me a credit note or if you want it to send it back to your company for shown of evidence of what I am noting that 4 led light dead.
