S31 WiFi Smart Socket Gray - Smart Phone App Online Controllable - LivingWise

My first one was great, so after the first one I bought two more. Great again for them all for a few months then one started to turn itself on exactly every midnight with no reason. So I set the timer to turn off the switch at one minute after midnight, so I solved that problem. The switch would now only run for a minute. So after another month or so everything ran well again until suddenly all switches became "Device is offline", even though my phone was properly running and signed in. Even I checked everything on other phones as well, but still nothing is working. I might as well throw them all out. No help from HomeMate either.
