Dell series 21 330-5275 Compatible Black Ink Cartridge High Yield

This product was not compatible with my printer. It physically would not fit in the printer, because it was shaped differently than the Dell cartridges. I thought I was getting Dell. It was some Chinese company called C and C. I phoned the number on the invoice and got some woman who was obviously at home, because her TV was on loudly in the background. I tried to get my old ink cartridge refilled at a place near me, and I wanted the new ink put into the old cartridge so I could reuse it. The man in the store showed me that one of the three colours was completely dried up and this was new out of the box. To this day I have not been able to get the Dell cartridge I needed and I have not been able to use my printer in months. The black ink I purchased fit in the printer but because there is no colour, it won't let me use only black ink, even when I change the settings to print with only black ink. A warning comes up that using it will harm my printer so it won't print anything. I thought I was ordering FROM Dell. I know now that it is a small company that sells knock off products. Maybe they are SUPPOSED to be compatible, but if the design of the cartridge itself is changed, it WILL NOT FIT!. They did give me a refund, but I can't use the black either.
