this proved to be an excellent item. at first, we were miffed because we couldn't hang it on my son's shower, but then we realized that it was never intended for that use. instead, it went into my wife's shower and she finds it perfect! she has arthritis, but the setting changes are no problem for her because the item is very well-made. the 3 varieties of water flow are just right too!

Looks like a good unit although I haven't actually used it for a particular job. A couple of the heads do not fit well, but I think they can be made to. The heat that comes out seems to be very good and should be effective.
