I ordered 3 of these compatible cartridges and needed the first one 2 days ago when my toner cartridge was low. I opened the package and followed the instructions. My printer did not accept the new cartridge and kept giving me an error message of "supply memory error" whenever I re-inserted the cartridge after shutting the power off and restarting as per the trouble-shooting faq.
