I like the product but did not like the delivery company. They only attempt delivery once then take the parcel back to the depot. I am in a wheelchair and can't get out to do pick ups.. All other couriers attempt delivery TWICE before returning the item to the depot. Maybe I will have to switch to another ink company. Sincerely, Cherri Sanderson
