Very sturdy case but it scratches the ear a little, that part is a little uncomfortable.

Works well, as it should. The only catch is that the plug is a little thick around the base so it didn't fit in my Samsung S4 when I had the case on. I've since changed cases to an Otterbox that has a protector that can be removed, and it fits well.

I can't remember for sure but I think that we had some issues with this not charging my Samsung Galaxy S4.
