I am very happy with the speed of service from you, my order arrived in a week, and that is good service. Since this is an ink cartridge I cannot rate the quality or the length of time it lasted because I will not know those details until I have used them for awhile. Other cartridges I have ordered from you for a different printer have been very good and have lasted about three months. I do not use a lot of ink, since I do not do a lot of printing, so I am not sure that is a quality length of time, I would have expected more. Some of the cartridges I have ordered previously have not worked at all, I would say about 1 in 5 cartridges have not worked, so that is a 20% failure rate, but since your prices are good, it is acceptable. I am not sure how to go about claiming a guarantee on them, so I haven't done that.

Dear customer ,thanks for your kind reviews .Once processed the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada.We cover one year warranty for these new compatible cartridges.If you have any quality issue ,please feel free to submit your question by our online customers inquiry form and chat , or call us by our toll free number 1-866-979-7463 (24H, Monday to Friday).The page yield is counted based on 5% coverage on A4 paper .Normally the PGI-250XLBK can print 500 pages ;CLI-251XLBK prints 5000 pages and the CLI-251XLC/M/Y each will print 650-700 pages .
