was working fine, but suddenly got stuck in the middle position, and this completely messed up my working station. i thought i was still under warranty but they never fixed it or helped because the photos i sent wasn't enough for them but i couldn't take many pictures since the riser got stuck and my phone can't fit under and my desk is in a corner.

Hi there, I see from your order that we had asked for a video of the problem, but you were not able to provide this. We then offered to replace the desk and this was also refused. On July 4th, 2024 we refunded you in full for the desk. I see that this review was left in November 2024. Was there anything else we could help you with? Thanks!

Lockable Jewelry Cabinet Wall Door Mounted Jewelry Organizer White - SortWise®

3/5

Smart product but screws damaged the item even before I took out the packaging which was pretty disappointing. also it is way to heavy for what it is, without putting anything inside it. as someone else mentionned, it is half rings and not full circles. Apparently you aren't supposed to install it by yourself (im assuming because it is so heavy) so keep it mind that theres a extra expense related to it. besides that, so far so good

Memory Foam Orthopedic Lumbar Support Cushion with Mesh Cover - Moustache® - Gray & Black

wish there was a black on black option! the pillow helps to keep your back straight and adds comfort to my office chair, however it falls as soon as I get up since there is nothing to attach it to the chair, and its shape causes it to not have balance on its own

the fact that its pu leather on both sides isn't a good idea as it's always moving around. there's nothing that has a "non slip" effect. the logo is also very big which I don't personally like

Aluminum Foldable Portable Adjustment Desktop Laptop Holder Riser Stand - PrimeCables®

I was under the impression that such a pouch would be included, is it normal that there isn't. the different levels dont always stay put. the stand is quite sturdy and even hard to fully expand, but the "feet" to set the different angles is really flimsy. the rubber coating does protect the laptop from scratches

Eco-friendly Soft Spiral Bristles Travel Toothbrush Toothpaste Integrated folding set - White

3/5

the product itself is a great concept for travel since you will carry one item instead of 2. however, it is absolutely not more ecofriendly compared to any other brush as there's no replacement head, so we will end up throwing the whole brush when it will have ran its course, making it actually worse for the environment. the brush itself could get a 5/5 if the description was correct, but this is a clear case of green washing.

way too bulky and so noisy, I can't turn on my mic if this is under my table and as you can see, dust and dirt gets stuck easily from the soles of your shoes. i really wouldnt recommend this item. adjusting to different levels is hard and it moves way more than necessary when my feet are on it (even if I dont put my full weight on it)
