I am a multi-time customer of 123 Ink and I find the products very good and the calibre of service to be excellent - except for this time. Your prompt delivery FAILED. I ordered on December 18 and requested delivery status on December 29 and 31. NO ANSWERS. The shipment arrived on January 06. Less than stellar service which resulted in my having to delay completion of my project.

New printer. I was able to get the ink from 123Ink quicker than I could from the company selling the printer - and at a better price. Two thumbs up for 123Ink / Shopper+. The extra large capacity works perfectly for the amount of printing that I need to do.
