The adapter is build quite well and easy to assemble. I ordered three units. Two units worked great on my flat screen monitors. But I have one Asus 27" curved monitor, I did not end up using on it. The Asus monitor has almost no bezel around the monitor, and I felt uneasy about clamping against the screen. Definitely not the fault of the adapters but of the curved monitor. Just a heads up for other folks that might have the same condition that I have.
