I received the wrong ink but I can't return it for a refund. Don't know why, it was their error.

These are compatible cartridges, but they did not fit my printer. I don't know why as I had ordered them before and they were fine. It looks like I'll have to order OEM cartridges. Obviously I had opened them so can't return them.

Once again, the colour is Grey not Black and I can barely read it , it is so faint. I will be checking my printer for any problem.

The print from this is Grey, not Black. I am not happy with it. However, I will be checking my printer in case the issue is there.

I have purchased this before and it works okay. Sometimes the tape doesn't come out and you have to waste some by pulling it out. I will probably purchase again.

I was disappointed in these pens. The 0.5mm point didn't seem very fine. also I found that the pens skipped a bit. Unfortunately they are not returnable, so now I have a box of 12 pens that aren't very good. I will not purchase these again.
