Fantastic product. Sturdy, elegant. I should have paid extra to get the memory key pad. One of the desks is starting to stutter going up and down. Trying to troubleshoot the issue. Arrived 2 days later than I expected as the shipping didn’t happen within 1 business day. But this is not a problem.

Missing from the box, installation instructions. I don’t know why the pipe has 2 pieces, the metal threads leak. Teflon tape doesn’t work, I needed getting metal pipe sealant. The threads under the rubber below the sink as well are not Percision cut, so expect to use a lot of Teflon tape to make sure it doesn’t leak. At the beginning it tools minutes to install, but having to take it apart and put Teflon tape, the driving to Home Depot to get the sealant lowered my ratings. Set the expectation we need all these things in the missing instructions.
