When I received mine, one of the screws wouldn't turn with the hex key. Found out it was pretty shaved so I had to do some of my own DIY to get the screws to turn. Once I did that, it was really good. Held my old Lenovo which weighs in at a hefty 7-8 lbs without sagging.

The earbuds are comfortable and they hold well in place. The ANC works well and I like how it doesn't make my ears feel sore after long periods of usage. Now here are my issues with them: 1-I've been using them for the past 2 hrs and I noticed the biggest issue and that is that the earbuds cuts out on the left ear bud. It doesn't matter what I'm listening to, whether it's music or Tiktok, the sound will cut out randomly in just the left ear. I was just typing this review and the phone stayed in front of me and it randomly cut 3 times and it's quite annoying. 2-The touch is not that sensitive which could be a good or bad thing. I noticed I had to push it a bit harder to make it increase/decrease the sound. Plus the touch isn't always perfect. Trying to pull up Google didn't work twice, instead it decreased the sound. Other than the 2 issues, they do make great earbuds. Maybe mine was a single issue so I'm not sure. I'll inquire with customer service about it.
