I have ordered 2 pieces and after opening them. I found them they are returned items and had been repacked. Besides, there was a return slip from Wayfair within the package. I had installed the product and they functioning well. Can't complain too much as I got them on sale. However, this is the first time I have this experience with Shoppers+ product.
