These cartridges worked great for about a month. Then my printer refused to scan. I ran every possible fix but none of them worked, saying I had to use genuine HP cartridges before I could scan. I know this is a scam by HP because what does an ink cartridge have to do with scanning? But on the other hand, why bother selling replacement cartridges that won't work? HP has their printers all locked up. I have read your info on not updating my printer driver until I've used up my non-OEM ink but HP made me up update in order to get the scan function back. So I had to toss out my cartridges and run to Staples to get OEMs. That's twice now I've wasted my money on these non-OEM cartridges. Well over $200 in the tank! Technically, I love them - the price, the quality of the print, the duration of the ink. But HP has figured out how to prevent me from using them. Please stop selling them to suckers like me!

Last time I ordered these cartridges, they did not work in my printer and I had to throw them out because it was too late to return them. A total waste of money! I took the risk to try them again and this time they are perfect! Can not see any quality difference from OEM.
