Came exactly as pictured. Very easy to assemble, no issues with putting in the screws however I do suggest loosely fitting all 4 screws before tightening. The system to raise and lower the chair is smooth. The only thing that would make this chair 5 maple leafs would be if it had arm rests and if the base pole could be screwed and better secured into the base plate. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my purchase and you can’t beat the price!
