Bought 2 pcs of the Moustache Snap-off Knives. One is perfect, but the other one is faulty. The knife of the faulty one is stucked and could not be used. I emailed their customer-service department about the problem, enclosing a photo of the faulty Snap-off Knife and the good one. An officer replied and asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement for the faulty knife. As I needed to use the knife, I requested for a replacement. There is no further reply.

This Gripper could not grip properly. It could not pick up items that fall into narrow spaces. This problem was highlighted to the Customer Services Department and after various emails, enclosing photos and video, they kindly refunded the cost to me. Fair and reasonable customer services.

The Stylus Pen was received damaged and could not be used. This was raised with representative of Shopper+, enclosing photos of the defective Stylus Pen. An officer replied and apologised for the situation and asked whether I preferred a replacement of the item, or a refund. As I needed the use of a stylus pen, I replied that a replacement was preferred. Thereafter, there was no further response to my reminders.
