The instructions provided tell you to Download one app but it does not work. I had to get help, then the new app I needed only seemed to work, it also ended up not working. When it was installed on the door the automatic process would work but after it closed the handle would catch and move back into the open position so it would not register as closed. When I tried to open the lock from the outside it simply did not work. I spent days fooling with this and eventually sent it back.
