i quite enjoy this unit. does a good job cleaning, temperature is right. only gripe is the drying is slow and honestly never gets 100% dry. that being said its usually enough that you could just pull up your pants and after 3 seconds you wouldnt even know you had some residual wetness. first bidet so I may have too high expectations.

the definition of hot garbage. screws are on floating internal nuts so if you undo them there is no where to screw on to. there isnt enough room for the wire to hook around without sacrificing a child for extra dexterity and luck. and if you manage to get the wires on it barely fits in a regular box. should you finally accomplish all this, its a 20 minute job that usually takes 1 minute, youre rewarded by finding out the unit does work at all anyway. stay far far away.
