Works very well. Chip swap is super simple; it makes you wonder why they even designed the printer to have to use a chip. I like Brother printers for their great design, easy maintenance and reasonable priced compatible cartridges.

It is fun to write notes. Great to have two areas that erase. Unfortunately, text can be hard to see unless the room has good light. I noticed some very old text remained but very faded even after multiple deletes. Have not tried taking out the battery.

This is the best soap dispenser of the few I have tried. Uses AA batteries that last a long time, big soap resovoir, and battery holder is on the back instead of on the bottom like others.
